Bow pose (Dhanurasana)

Steps:

  1. Lay with tummy facing the ground
  2. Bend knees, reach arms back and without lifting grab foot (I like clasping my big toes with three fingers: thumb, pointer and middle)
  3. Lift up into the pose by pushing feet against hands (rise!!!!)
