Self care exercise of the week is :
“ I LOVE myself, I APPRECIATE myself, I BELIEVE in myself”
Do this for 3 minute in the mirror to start ur day off. This increases confidence, determination and self compassion. There will be times where you don’t want to do this exercise. Do it anyway and let the exercise make you feel better don’t wait for you to feel great to do what you need to do.
