What poses should I do in my yoga practice?

If you have this question rest assured that you are like many other yoga students.  Even I remember the days of not knowing exactly where to start on the mat.  Below are five poses you can do during your yoga practice if you ever get stumped:

Pose 1.

Downdog

Bend or drop those knees if you need to

Pose 2.

Happy Baby

This is should feel good

Pose 3.

Tree Pose

Bent foot can be above or below the knee

Pose 4.

Triangle Pose

Pose 5.

Baby backbend

Just a little bend will do 🙂
